Returns Policy
Our policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges for homeopathic remedies
Important Information
Due to strict pharmaceutical regulations and patient safety requirements in the United Kingdom, once homeopathic remedies and medicines have been dispensed and left our premises, they cannot be returned, reused, or resold. This is a legal requirement under the Medicines Act 1968 and Human Medicines Regulations 2012 to ensure the integrity and safety of all medicines.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items cannot be returned once dispatched, even if unopened:
- Homeopathic remedies - All pillules, tablets, liquids, granules, and other remedy forms
- Mother tinctures - All tincture preparations
- Tissue salts - All biochemic tissue salt preparations
- Topical preparations - Creams, ointments, and gels
- Custom orders - Bespoke potencies or specially prepared items
This policy applies regardless of whether the item is unopened, unused, or within any cooling-off period. We cannot make exceptions to this rule.
When We Can Help
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged due to transit or a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or provide a refund.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged items
- Do not dispose of items until advised
Incorrect Items Supplied
If we have supplied incorrect items (wrong remedy, potency, or quantity), we will correct this at no cost.
- Contact us immediately upon noticing the error
- We will arrange collection or correct delivery
- Refund or replacement at your choice
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.
- Full refund if cancelled before dispatch
- Orders placed before 2pm may be dispatched same day
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
Refund Process
When a refund is approved (for eligible situations only):
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
- It may take 5-10 additional business days to appear in your account depending on your bank
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items). Shipping is non-refundable for order cancellations.
Safe Disposal of Unwanted Medicines
If you have unused, unwanted, or expired homeopathic remedies that you cannot return:
- Take them to any registered pharmacy for safe disposal - pharmacies are required by law to accept unused medicines
- Do NOT flush medicines down the toilet or sink
- Do NOT put medicines in household waste
Safe disposal protects the environment and prevents medicines from being used inappropriately.
Your Consumer Rights
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides certain protections for goods purchased. However, medicines are subject to specific exemptions due to safety regulations:
- • The 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales does not apply to sealed medicines that have been unsealed after delivery
- • Medicines that are custom-made or personalised are exempt from return rights
- • Your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods still apply
