3. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be 18 years or over and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order with Stellar Online.

When you place an order via our website, this constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.

4.2 Acceptance of Orders

A legally binding contract is formed only once your order has been reviewed (where required) and the products have been dispatched. Until that point, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including where supply would not be appropriate or where required information is incomplete or inaccurate.

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

7. Delivery

8. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of pharmacy products and safety regulations:

  • Pharmacy and medicinal products cannot be returned once dispatched, unless faulty or supplied in error
  • This does not affect your statutory rights
