Where We Deliver
United Kingdom
We deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including:
- England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland
- Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey)
- Isle of Man
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
Note: Delivery to remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands) may take an additional 1-2 business days.
International Shipping
We currently focus on UK delivery. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly. We may be able to arrange shipping to certain countries on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00pm GMT on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking as standard. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with:
- Confirmation of dispatch
- Tracking number and link
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Delivery Issues
Missed Delivery
If you're not in when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
Delayed Delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you need assistance, contact us with your order number.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If items are damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
